  • Priority scheduling within 48 hours of your requested appointment

  • Same-day appointments available, subject to artist availability

  • Full attention to detail and luxury service—no shortcuts

Note:

  • For hair appointments: If your hair cannot be dropped off or sent within the required timeframe (as specified on the individual service page), this fee will apply

  • For makeup bookings (non-bridal): Emergency appointments must be requested within 48 hours of your desired slot

  • Same-day bookings are welcome but depend on availability and confirmation

  • This fee is non-refundable once confirmed
